What is ooh!Media and what is it for?
ooh!Media is Windows software for outdoor LED message displays. You design messages on a layered timeline (background, text, animations), schedule when each message plays, and manage multiple displays from one workstation.
Which operating system does ooh!Media run on?
ooh!Media runs on Windows. The application installs on a regular workstation and communicates with displays over your local network using TCP/IP.
Do I need internet to manage the displays?
No. ooh!Media uses Plug 'n Play to detect displays on your local network. Internet is only needed if you want to pull live RSS feeds onto a message.
What kind of content can I show?
Text, images, animations, date, time, temperature, counters that count up or down, and RSS feeds. You can combine layers - for example an animated background with overlay text that scrolls or holds.
